Year at a Glance & Calendar
AAI organises a range of events and seminars throughout the year. These take different forms. The seminars and training events are organised on topics relating to advertising, which are frequently suggested by members as topics they would like to hear more about from an expert on the subject. Generally these events are open to members companies (free of charge) and to non-members (where there is a charge).
AAI also operates a number of events that are confined to members only.
2011 marks the 60th anniversary of the AAI. To mark this, AAI is planning a series of events during 2011 which will focus on issues of interest to advertisers which will also reflect on experiences of advertisers over that period. This will also take account of the changing world of media channels, recognising the emergence of the Internet and the wide range of digital communications methods, as well as the emerging role of social media.
